The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions governing the purchase of products offered by SECRET GARDEN MARBELLA, S.L. through its website www.secretgardenmarbella.com

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. SECRET GARDEN MARBELLA, S.L. offers shipping throughout Spain and to other destinations upon request.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location. In exceptional cases, delivery times may be extended, and the customer will be duly informed.
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, they must notify SECRET GARDEN MARBELLA, S.L. by email at secretgardenmarbella@gmail.com, specifying the order number and the product to be returned.
Returns must be made at our store in Estepona:
Urb. Playa del Sol Radiante, Km. 165 de la A-7 C. Cial. Sun Beach, block nº2, 29688 Estepona, Málaga, Spain.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
All products sold on are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Spanish and European regulations. In the case of a defective product, SECRET GARDEN MARBELLA, S.L. will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, or refund, at no cost to the customer.
SECRET GARDEN MARBELLA, S.L. shall not be held liable for damages or losses arising from improper use of the products. Its liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased products.
The personal data provided by customers during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our website.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law. In the event of conflict or dispute, both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Benalmádena, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
